If you would like to proceed to booking your place on your next retreat and wellness holiday, please complete this online booking form. Wholesome Life will be in touch with you soon and send further information about your booking request.
Our Payment Policy
Places are strictly limited for each of Wholesome Life’s Retreat and Travel programs.
Your initial deposit must be paid within 3 working days of receiving your invoice, to secure your place. You will be advised at the time when final payments are to be received; this varies by retreat and program (Australia vs international).
Payments can be made via direct bank transfer (no processing fee applies) or alternatively by PayPal (via Visa, MasterCard). A 3% processing fee applies to PayPal payments. Payment details will be provided on your invoice.
Note: banks/financial institutions may vary in the exchange rate offered for currency conversion, daily currency fluctuations will occur and your bank may also charge you a small conversion fee.
Expression of Interest
Payment is not required if you are simply expressing an interest in one of the upcoming retreats and/or travel experiences listed on Wholesome Life’s website. Your expression of interest simply provides preferential booking. However, once the price is listed on Wholesome Life’s website and the retreat/travel program is open for bookings, you will need to complete the booking form and pay the initial deposit to secure your booking. You will be advised when the trip becomes available.
Payment Plans – Retreats & Travel
Wholesome Life aims to make payment as easy as possible with two instalments: an initial deposit and a final payment.
In some instances, it may be possible to assist you with a staggered payment plan, to help you with budgeting. However, payment plans will incur an administration fee of $40 for each additional transfer and the final payment is required by the nominated date, to avoid cancellation charges.
For further information, please enquire when booking.
- Australian Retreats – payment policy (if not specified otherwise on the retreat page) includes an initial deposit at time of booking and 45 days or less to be paid in full.
- Overseas Retreats and Travel – payment details will be published on the website or (if not otherwise specified on the retreat/travel page), you will be notified of the payment schedule at the time of booking.
The cancellation policy for programs (including overseas programs, specified Australia-based or other partnered programs) has been clearly stated on the website.
Please read the Terms and Conditions for your retreat/travel program of interest carefully, as receipt of your booking form and initial deposit confirms that you have read and agree with these Terms and Conditions. If you have any queries regarding cancellation policies, please don’t hesitate to contact us at email@example.com
For retreats/travel within Australia, unless otherwise specified, the deposit is non-refundable, plus any 3rd party expenses that have been forfeited, will apply for all cancellations and be deducted from payments received. This will be calculated at the time of cancellation. In some circumstances, you may be able to transfer your payments to another date/trip or to a third party; however, this is not guaranteed. We will need to have reached our group min. quota of guests before payments can refunded.
International trips are not transferrable.
If for any unforeseen event, the Wholesome Life program you have booked is cancelled, then your payments may either be transferred to another date/trip or refunded in full, depending on the options available at the time determined by Wholesome Life and/or partners.
Travel insurance for overseas travel/retreats
All guests on our international travel experiences are required to purchase travel insurance to travel with the Wholesome Life Group (including coverage for luggage, medical, personal injury, repatriation costs). It is strongly recommended that this is purchased early; should any unforeseeable circumstances arise and you are unable to travel at late notice, your travel insurance should cover (most of) your out-of-pocket expenses.
All guests travelling with the Wholesome Life Group (on Australian based, international or third party retreats/trips) will be required to sign a Personal Indemnity form.
Wholesome Life offers gift vouchers for those looking for a unique gift for someone special.
While we understand that you may like to keep the destination as a surprise, the recipient will be required to complete a guest booking form. We advise that you tell them well in advance so they have time to prepare for the retreat/travel program. Also, don’t forget … part of the enjoyment of travel/retreats is the anticipation!
The same cancellation policies also apply to Gift Vouchers.
Wholesome Life reserves the right to make alterations and substitutions to the itinerary where necessary. Alternative arrangements of similar value and nature will be provided.
Some of the retreats/programs listed on the Wholesome Life website are hosted by one of Wholesome Life’s trusted partners. This will be clearly advised on the retreat/travel page and you will be informed of the Company’s terms and conditions for this trip. A Wholesome Life representative will not be accompanying you on these trips and Wholesome Life does not take responsibility for the arrangements or your personal safety.
Your details will be kept private and confidential.
For international travel, where visas are required and included in your travel package, Wholesome Life will need you to provide a clear, scanned colour copy of the photo page of your passport. We will post or email this information to the relevant government agency for processing and visa approval on your behalf.
Please read the Terms and Conditions for your program of interest carefully, as receipt of your booking form and initial deposit confirms that you have read and agree with these Terms and Conditions. If you have any queries regarding cancellation policies, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
